Intellectual Property Rights
By accessing the Site, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable intellectual property laws, as well as any additional notices or restrictions contained on this Site.

Entirety
If any provision of these Terms of Use (in whole or in part) is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in full force. The invalid or unenforceable part will be replaced by a valid provision with the same legal effect.
No Waiver
The parties' failure to exercise the rights recognized by these terms will not be construed as a waiver of asserting these rights.
Proof Agreement
It is expressly agreed that, unless manifest error established by you or by the Publisher, the data stored in our information system is admissible as evidence. Data on computer or electronic media stored by the Publisher constitutes evidence and, if produced as evidence in any contentious or other proceedings, will be admissible, valid, and enforceable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document that would be established, received or kept in writing.
Governing Law
These terms of use, and any non-contractual obligation arising from them, will be governed and interpreted according to French law. Any dispute arising out of these General Terms or related to them will be submitted to French courts.
